Other Benefits: Alert Program: Sometimes companies change hands or undergo a major restructuring. This causes them to become somewhat unstable or unresponsive. We try to protect American business owners from this with our Alert Program. We notify you immediately if we start encountering any problems with any company with which you are working with. If you should encounter any problems working with a Brazilian company, simply register this information with BTCC, and we will keep track of them and immediately inform other members who may be working or thinking of working for the suspect company. BTCC Help Center: Through our Help Center, we also offer extensive assistance to anyone who owns or is starting a small business in Brazil or Florida . Member Communication and Electronic Access: Our Internet presence allows us to have a continuous communication feed with our members, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Via newsletters, surveys, emails, chat rooms and the main web site BTCC remains connected with ALL our members. Now we have added the Opportunity Forum, where members have the ability to leave messages for each other or, the staff and section leaders of BTCC. Our chat rooms allow members to communicate directly in real-time with staff, section leaders, management and each other during our regularly scheduled sessions.
